Vision: To create an innovative and inclusive learning environment where every Ukrainian can learn, grow, and transform their life through quality education.

Mission: To provide practical, career-focused training that enables students to become skilled professionals, find employment in Ukraine, and contribute to their communities.

Key trends in vocational education:
• shift toward skills-based and practical learning
• strong partnerships between business and education providers
• digitalization and technology integration
• lifelong learning and upskilling opportunities

The next 12 months:
Starting April 2025, the Academy will introduce anti-corruption certification programs for municipalities and businesses and expand to dozens of EU-accredited certification courses. The goal for 2025 is to establish a leadership position in professional education in Ukraine.
